CAN I SIGN UP NOW AND START MY PROGRAM LATER?
Yes, absolutely. You can sign up now and select a later start date.
WHATS THE NEXT STEP AFTER COMPLETING MY PURCHASE
After purchase, you will be assigned RITIK as your coach who will reach out to you within 24 hours via email. You will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire and send startup photos which he will use to create a personalized plan for you.
IS THE MEAL PLAN BUDEGT FRIENDLY?
All my recipes are easy, healthy and budget friendly. No crazy ingredients.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PLAN TO SENT?
Once I have all your personal information and starting pictures, please allow me 3-4 days to create and send off your customised plan. A lot of people rush but remember, perfection takes time.
